Growing up, my family lost our home to foreclosure. I watched what that does to a family — the stress, the confusion, the feeling that nobody is explaining what is happening or what options exist. We did not know what we did not know. And that cost us everything.
That experience is why I do this work differently. When a Kansas City homeowner calls me, my first job is not to buy their house — it is to understand their situation and lay out every option available. Sometimes that is a cash sale. Sometimes it is a loan modification I help them negotiate. Sometimes it is a short sale when there is no equity left.
When selling is the right move, I move fast. I also help families with what comes after — finding rentals, coordinating moves, connecting people with housing resources when they do not qualify as tenants elsewhere. I have helped over 50 KC families preserve equity they did not know they had, avoid foreclosures they thought were inevitable, and land somewhere stable on the other side.
I give families the time the bank will not give them. And I give them options nobody else in this market is offering.
